More about the position:
Burson is looking for a Senior Communications Executive to work on integrated projects of corporate PR, internal communications, and institutional reputation for clients in the health sector. We are looking for someone with a strategic vision, excellent writing skills, autonomy in managing demands, and the ability to transform complex themes into relevant narratives for different audiences, both internal and external. This position will play an important role in building reputation, strengthening employee engagement, and connecting communication strategy with business objectives.
What you will do:
Develop and execute integrated strategies for corporate communications, PR, and internal communications;
Conduct campaigns for engagement, culture, organizational climate, and institutional positioning;
Manage communication projects with autonomy, organization, and strategic vision;
Produce content for internal channels, press, social media, and institutional materials;
Support internal initiatives and events in partnership with areas such as HR, Marketing, and Business;
Develop agendas, key messages, briefings, releases, and press relationship materials;
Monitor indicators, analyze results, and prepare strategic reports for clients;
Act in interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of deliveries, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
Experience that contributes to success:
Degree completed in Public Relations or Journalism;
Solid experience in corporate communications and internal communications;
Experience with clients or companies in the health sector;
Advanced English for meetings, presentations, and client interactions;
Experience in a communications agency.
