Burns Construction is a Galway-based construction company delivering residential and commerial developments, across the west of Ireland. Due to an expanding project pipeline, we're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our site team.
The Role
- First and second fix carpentry across residential and commercial sites
- Formwork, shuttering, and structural carpentry as required
- Reading and working from architectural and construction drawings
- Working closely with site management and other trades to keep works on programme
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and compliant work area at all times
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Carpenter on residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Trade qualification (FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent) preferred
- Safe Pass and CSCS/Construction Skills Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work well as part of a team
