New Burger King Stores Burger King Greece is expanding and is looking for Assistant Restaurant General Managers to staff its new stores in central Athens and the Western Sector of Athens. If you have experience in team management, a passion for hospitality, and want to evolve in an international and dynamic environment, we want to meet you. Your Role As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will support the overall operation of the store, aiming for an excellent customer experience and the effective development and guidance of the team. Your key responsibilities include: Coordinating the daily operation of the store Guiding, training, and developing the team Participating in the selection and onboarding of new employees Ensuring high standards of quality, service, hygiene, and safety of Burger King Monitoring performance and achieving operational and commercial goals Managing costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) Creating a positive and effective working environment What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a position of responsibility, ideally in the hospitality, catering, or retail sector Ability to manage and motivate teams Very good organizational and communication skills Customer and result-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Good knowledge of English Flexibility to work in shifts Why Burger King?
