About the position

Will you lead an international service team and ensure that technical support remains at a top level?

As teamlead service, you are responsible for a team of service employees providing technical support to dealers at home and abroad. You manage a group of approximately 15 colleagues and ensure that questions are handled quickly and correctly, training is provided, and complex malfunctions are resolved. You maintain an overview, monitor quality, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

You work closely with other departments such as R&D, sales, and logistics and ensure that everything aligns well. Additionally, you contribute ideas for the further development of the service organization and contribute to improvement projects. You coach your team, help new colleagues get started, and step in yourself where necessary. You also monitor performance based on KPI's and adjust where necessary.
