Knowledge of export processes, sea transportation, and export-related documents. Knowledge of Incoterms, Shipping Documents, Container, and International Transportation. Ability to verify and track Booking, Vessel Schedule, ETD, ETA, and Cut-off. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience using ERP or Logistics systems will be given special consideration. Ability to use English for reading, writing emails, and coordinating transportation matters. Skills in planning, coordination, analysis, and immediate problem-solving. High attention to detail, high responsibility, and ability to work under time constraints. Skills in working with multiple departments, with a Service Mind & Customer Focus.
