Administrative Assistant for Operational Support (m/f/d)
in the Regional Office Villingen-Schwenningen
EG 10 TVöD (Bund) – limited for two years from the date of hire

If you are a civil servant, a secondment may occur for the period of the limitation; however, claims for reimbursement of salary from your authority will only be reimbursed up to the level of salary group A 10.
You will undertake the following tasks:
- Preparation of management plans as well as budget planning in cooperation with the local associations and calculation of operating costs as well as processing of lease agreement matters
- Implementation of procurements in accordance with valid procurement regulations and management and ensuring of the outflow of funds
- Monitoring of incoming payments, initiation of follow-up measures and preparation of reports on meeting requirements in the event of improper accommodation
- Implementation of economic efficiency studies within the framework of exploration procedures with partner authorities as well as support and monitoring of construction measures
- Initiation of occupational medical and safety technical inspections and processing of risk assessments for the properties in the regional area
- Processing of property damage of the volunteer helpers as well as processing of disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the THW-Gesetz
- Implementation of appointment and dismissal of volunteer leaders and functionaries
- Exercise of technical supervision within the framework of the unit management
You bring with you:
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree at a (technical) university, e.g., in the fields of administration, business administration, and real estate management
- Applications can also be submitted by THW employees under collective agreements in a comparable middle service who have acquired eligibility to apply internally within the THW
- Organizational talent and understanding of the concerns of a humanitarian-technical, volunteer-based operational organization
- Gender and diversity competence
- Good MS-Office skills and basic knowledge of English
- Driving license of class III or B or BE
- Willingness to perform duties and be reachable outside of usual working hours if required (e.g., in the event of an operation), to participate in the leadership and coordination staff (LuK-Stab) as well as to wear service or operational clothing on certain occasions
