Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) Embedded Software & Sensorik (Business Administrator (Technical College) - Project Management)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) Embedded Software & Sensorik for the Berlin location.

Your area of responsibility

• Development and further development of Embedded Firmware for sensor systems with high safety requirements
• Creation of technical concepts in the areas of operating system management, IT-Sicherheit, Secure Boot, encryption, and algorithm development
• Support and optimization of build processes as well as performance of DevOps activities
• Maintenance, adaptation, and further development of DSP-Code, Linux applications, as well as standalone embedded software
• Development and maintenance of application-oriented software solutions and graphical user interfaces with Qt
• Analysis and evaluation of measurement and field data as well as derivation of technical improvement measures
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary development and hardware teams to implement innovative system solutions

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, or a comparable technical-scientific course of study
• Several years of professional experience in embedded software development (ideally at least five years)
• Experience in the development of embedded systems under Linux as well as in handling DSPs and hardware-related communication, for example with FPGAs
• Knowledge in the area of Secure Boot, encryption, or IT-Sicherheit is an advantage
• Confident handling of Git, Jira, as well as common Microsoft Office applications
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in the development of complex technical solutions in a team
