Established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local built environment sector.
Your tasks
- Oversee contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects.
- Manage tendering, contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
- Review and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project costs, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
- Manage contractual claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and dispute resolution.
- Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
- Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in contracts management within the construction industry
