Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, construction programmes and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against the approved construction programme and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to obtain project updates and scheduling information.
• Prepare baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and periodic progress updates.
• Analyse project delays, identify critical path activities and recommend recovery measures.
• Track project milestones, manpower deployment, material deliveries and construction activities.
• Assist project teams in developing mitigation plans to minimise delays and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare progress reports, planning schedules and presentations for project meetings.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure construction activities are properly sequenced.
• Maintain accurate planning records and provide timely updates on project status and potential risks.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant planning experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor handling building projects.
• Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
