Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of works.

Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with design intent.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources; highlight risks or delays with recommended solutions.

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Prepare project documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical submissions.

Support in handling variation orders, claims, and contract administration matters.

Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

Degreein Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.

At least 5 years of project execution/coordination experience in building projects.
