Sales Coordinator / Commercial Clerk (w/m/d) – Order Processing Department
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:
- Following a successful business conclusion by our sales team, you will independently take over all coordinative steps for the processing of orders from our national and international customers
- You will support our customers in all matters of order processing and remain their most important contact person until the goods are delivered
- Through efficient documentation of your orders – entry in the ERP system, monitoring of delivery dates, and subsequent communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers – you ensure that our sales processes become even better and thus secure sustainable customer satisfaction
- Both in the interest of the customer and with a view to efficient processes, you are the central interface to all other departments of the company
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Completed vocational training in the field of wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, or logistics; alternatively, a similar commercial background
- Sound professional experience in the processing of complex orders is an advantage
- Your strengths: flexibility, communication, and organizational skills
- User knowledge of MS Office and inventory management systems, ideally also MS Business Central
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
