Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do with us:

• You will create, among other things, documentation, manuals, and standard operating procedures, thereby ensuring the maintenance and further development of our quality management systems
• You will plan and accompany internal as well as certification and customer audits and prepare them afterwards
• You will undertake the modeling, analysis, and optimization of processes and take over the definition of process key performance indicators (KPI) as well as their monitoring
• You will act as an interface between internal departments
• You will coordinate quality management training for employees

What you bring with you:

• Your background can be technical or commercial - you may have trained as an Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau, or in a technical profession
• You have experience in Quality Management (e.g., management of non-conformities) as well as in the accompaniment and execution of audits
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of our products
• You are proficient in using Office and ERP applications
• For this function, you bring a certain degree of flexibility, willingness to travel occasionally, and English language skills
• A high degree of commitment, strong communication skills, as well as a team-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
