Management Trainee (Retail Operations)

Key Responsibilities Assist in daily retail operations, including store opening and closing activities.

Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations to customers.

Support sales activities and achieve store sales targets.

Learn and manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

Assist with visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.

Handle cashiering duties and daily sales transactions.

Monitor customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives.

Work closely with outlet supervisors and management team to improve operational efficiency.

Support new staff training and team coordination when required.

Participate in company events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

Training & Career Development Comprehensive training will be provided in retail operations and business management.
