Your tasks
- Plan and coordinate preventive and curative maintenance activities for technical installations.

- Solid knowledge of technical building installations, particularly HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Good understanding of energy networks
- Proficiency in CMMS tools and the Microsoft Office pack
- Ability to analyze malfunctions and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Professional English required; proficiency in German is an asset
