Your tasks

• Independent dispatching and control of international transports

• Planning, monitoring, and optimization of transport processes, taking into account quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency

• Proactive control of shipments, transports, and delivery dates

• Processing and administration of transport orders in the dispatching tool

• Organization and handling of outbound traffic as well as special trips

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards

• Support of existing customers as well as price negotiations and ongoing coordination with business partners

Your profile

• Completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau or comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in dispatching or transport logistics is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working

• High customer orientation as well as strong communication and organizational skills

• Geographical knowledge as well as English skills in speaking and writing

• Confident handling of MS Office and common IT systems
