Your tasks

• Support and advice for our existing customers as well as support in acquiring new customers
• Processing customer inquiries, creating offers, order processing and appointment coordination up to shipping processing.
• Close cooperation with the field service as well as internal departments such as production and logistics
• Maintenance of customer data in our ERP-System
• Support in the creation of customs documents

Professional and personal requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Experience in order processing and the associated sales processes
• Ideally sound experience in the area of customs clearance
• Independent working style, flexible and a team player
