Your tasks
- Selection and support of suppliers as well as requesting and evaluating offers
- Negotiation of prices, quantities, delivery dates as well as delivery and payment terms
- Carrying out price comparisons and optimizing procurement
- Setting up and qualifying new suppliers
- Creation and tracking of orders and order confirmations
- Monitoring delivery dates as well as processing complaints and clarification cases
- Invoice verification and coordination with internal specialist departments
Professional and personal requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in purchasing
- Good MS-Office and English skills
- Negotiation skills as well as strong communication skills
