Quality Management Employee

To strengthen our team, we are looking for... 1 Quality Management Employee in full-time at our location.
Your tasks:
- Creation and maintenance of the required QM documentation according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Planning, controlling, and accompanying internal and external audits, certification audits, supplier audits
- Analysis of quality KPIs, initiation and control of measures for quality assurance and improvement
- Complaint management, leading root cause analyses (e.g., 8D process) and implementing sustainable solutions
- Support for the continuous improvement process (KVP) and promoting a quality culture throughout the entire company
- Control of preventive measures for error avoidance and process optimization along the value chain
- Management of projects regarding quality aspects, e.g., introduction of new testing methods or digitalization of QM/QS processes
- Exchange with research, development & standard institutes
- Compliance and maintenance of relevant IT systems, databases, and libraries
- Compliance and maintenance of relevant quality, environmental, and safety standards
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., HTL, FH, Werkmeister Maschinenbau)
- Sound professional experience in quality management, including leadership experience, preferably in mechanical engineering or a comparable industry
- Experience in applying specialist processes such as FMEA, risk, and root cause analyses
- Training as a Quality Officer and/or Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015
- Training as an Auditor and/or Lead Auditor
- Relevant knowledge regarding the requirements of the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (e.g., training as a Quality Officer and/or Quality Manager)
- Basic knowledge of English

The minimum wage according to the industry-standard collective agreement is € 3,396.21 per month.
The actual income will be determined according to your qualifications and can be significantly above the collective agreement.
