About the company

Our client is a leading international brand within the consumer products sector and is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their busy operations team on a fixed-term contract until September 2027.

Your tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced B2B environment, managing orders, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer accounts and acting as a key point of contact
• Handling customer enquiries, claims, and complaints through to resolution
• Liaising with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
• Monitoring service levels and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Providing customers with regular updates throughout the order lifecycle

Requirements

It's essential that the successful candidate has experience in B2B order processing in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail.

• Previous experience within a B2B customer service or sales support environment
• Strong order processing and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive and problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, Salesforce, or similar would be advantageous

• Salary of £30,000
• Fixed-term contract until September 2027
• Hybrid working available after successful completion of onboarding and training (2 days per week from home)
