Business Support Administrator

Our client, a fast growing organisation in Marlow, is looking for a proactive Business Support Administrator to become an integral part of their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business where no two days are the same. You'll provide essential support across office management, HR, finance, fleet administration and project coordination. £28k - £30k plus bonus and excellent benefits. This is a broad and varied position that will see you acting as the central point of support for the business, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house activities Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and general enquiries Managing shared mailboxes and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments and lunches Ordering office supplies, stationery, equipment and company workwear Arranging maintenance and servicing of office equipment Preparing business documents, correspondence and spreadsheets Supporting project administration and handover documentation Assisting with fleet administration, vehicle records and servicing schedules Reconciling company credit card receipts and resolving discrepancies Supporting HR administration, onboarding and training record updates Booking travel and accommodation for employees Assisting with marketing initiatives and company events Skills/Experience Previous experience in an Administrative, Office Coordinator, Business Support or Office Administrator role Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint A positive and proactive approach to work The ability to work independently and as part of a team A professional, approachable and flexible attitude Desirable Previous HR administration experience Exposure to finance or accounts administration
