Senior Gardener

Our client is a privately owned landscaping business looking for an experienced Senior Gardener and Team Leader to lead a team of gardeners across a range of high-quality private gardens and landscaping projects. We are looking for someone with excellent horticultural knowledge, strong practical landscaping skills and a genuine eye for detail.

Key Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of plants, including identification, planting and plant care
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team
• Experience of working with power tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Punctual, reliable and professional
• Good common sense and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role outdoors
