Responsibilities Manage daily operations across multiple aquarium stores to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction Provide attentive service to walk-in customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively Order livestock and aquarium products from suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels Perform regular care for livestock, including water changes and feeding routines to ensure healthy aquatic life Identify and evaluate new business growth opportunities to expand store performance and profitability Administer commission structures and profit-sharing opportunities to incentivize staff performance Motivate and lead employees to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
