Job Summary

Join Bubbles Gymnastics as a coach to develop gymnastics skills in children through structured training and supportive team collaboration. You will contribute to both competitive and recreational programs while managing administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate reliability and responsibility in delivering quality coaching services
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and coaches to provide clear information and support
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve program goals
  • Adapt work schedule to include weekends and evenings as required
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of the competitive gymnastics program to ensure continuous improvement
  • Coordinate practice planning, skill development, and design coaching strategies to prepare gymnasts for competition
  • Develop and implement clear, progressive, and accessible development paths for all gymnasts
  • Update registration and attendance records accurately and regularly
  • Maintain consistent communication with parents to address inquiries and provide updates
  • Assist new and current members with requests and enquiries promptly
  • Prepare lesson plans for camps and classes in coordination with program goals
  • Coordinate coaches’ schedules and company events to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform administrative duties and liaise with supervisors to support daily operations
  • Assist in supervising and training employees to maintain coaching quality and operational standards
  • Manage day-to-day email correspondence and other necessary administrative tasks
