Barista (!BALI, UBUD ONLY!)
BARISTA WANTED | BUBA TEA PROJECT – UBUD
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our new Buba Tea location in Ubud.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a barista in a café or coffee shop is required
- Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- Good conversational English
- Friendly and confident communication with guests
- Able to work well under pressure during busy hours
- Responsible, organized and attentive to details
- Clean and professional approach to work
- Ideally based in Ubud or nearby Gianyar, as our new location will be based in the Ubud area
- Able to move to Canggu for training and internship before the opening
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to our standards
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Follow recipes, portions and preparation standards
- Keep the bar and working area clean and organized
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
