Wealth Management Private Banker - Campo Grande

As a Private Banker, your main responsibility will be to originate and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, offering strategic knowledge in resource allocation and capital protection. You will work constantly to develop and maintain long-term relationships, providing the best advice at every stage of the clients' financial lives.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, seeking the best financial solutions for each one;

Offering a high-quality service in a personalized manner;

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and Compliance standards in all activities;

Staying constantly updated on the global macroeconomic scenario and market and product opportunities;

Working in partnership with other areas of the bank to identify the best solutions for clients.

What we expect from you:

Completed degree, preferably in Administration, Engineering, or Economics;

Solid experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking (UHNW), and/or Family Offices;

Desirable knowledge in Investment Banking and Corporate;

Mastery of the local and international market, especially knowledge of the Centro-Oeste market;

Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as teamwork skills, with a high capacity for influence and relationship building;

CFP certification (desirable);

Advanced English, with the ability for effective communication in an international environment;

Availability to reside in Campo Grande and to travel as necessary.
