About the area:

A reference in the Latin American market, the Private Banking area of BTG Pactual is recognized for its award-winning and highly competent team in wealth management services. The team is dedicated to detailed assessment of the individual demands and needs of each client, creating personalized financial solutions that are always aligned with the regulations of each country.

As a hunter for the southern region, your main responsibility will be to originate and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, offering strategic knowledge in resource allocation and capital protection. Additionally, we are looking for a professional with the ability to identify new business opportunities for other areas of the bank. In your day-to-day:

Identify and bring new relationships to the bank, with a primary focus on Wealth Management;

Offer a high-quality service in a personalized manner;

Ensure compliance with regulatory and Compliance standards in all activities;

Stay constantly updated on the global macroeconomic scenario and market and product opportunities;

Work in partnership with other areas of the bank to identify new business opportunities.

What we expect from you:

Completed degree, preferably in Administration, Engineering, or Economics;

Solid experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking (UHNW), and/or Family Offices;

Knowledge of wealth, tax, and succession planning concepts in Brazil and abroad;

Desirable knowledge in Investment Banking and Corporate;

Mastery of financial instruments in local and international markets;

Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as teamwork skills, with high capacity for influence, building, and maintaining relationships;

Proactivity and an entrepreneurial profile;

CFP certification (desirable);

Advanced English, with the capacity for effective communication in an international environment;

Availability to reside in Curitiba and travel as necessary.
