IT Specialist | US OffShore Global Platform

About the area:

The IT US Offshore Global Platform area is part of the Products and Platform pillar and is responsible for building, evolving, and modernizing the Global Offshore Channel, the proprietary platform that connects global clients to investments in the USA.

More than just delivering projects, the team owns a strategic product: a channel platform that sustains the digital journey of clients and advisors across multiple geographies, enabling onboarding, banking, and the offering of investment products. We work on high-visibility initiatives, with a direct impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and the scalability of BTG Pactual's international businesses in the USA.

In your day-to-day:

Work alongside international business and technology stakeholders in mapping flows and processes, identifying improvement opportunities;

Conduct discovery activities, requirements definition, and technical solution design;

Develop scalable and resilient solutions, focusing on operational efficiency and quality;

Share constant feedback on backlog evolution in management meetings;

Ensure high standards of quality, observability, and reliability of deliveries;

What we expect from you:

Completed higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;

Experience in discovery processes and flow mapping;

Experience with NodeJS;

Knowledge of AWS technologies such as EKS, SNS, SQS, S3, DocumentDB, Secret Manager, API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamo, among others;

Strong analytical capacity and sense of ownership;

Organization and discipline in managing multiple demands;

Clear, objective, and collaborative communication;

Ability to absorb changes and new planning, when necessary;

Problem-solving mindset, regardless of technology;

Desire to grow professionally, overcome challenges, and innovate;

Availability to work in person in Faria Lima-SP;

Advanced English;

Experience acting as technical leadership or mentoring developers.
