Derivatives Sales Specialist - Sugarcane-Energy

About the area:

We are looking for a professional to join the Sales area with an exclusive focus on sugar derivatives. The candidate will be responsible for originating, structuring, and commercializing hedge and trading financial solutions for local and international clients in the sugar and ethanol sector.

In your day-to-day:

• Cover strategic clients in the sugarcane-energy sector (mills, tradings, refineries, and industries).
• Develop and sell sugar derivative structures (futures, options, and exotics) on exchanges such as ICE and B3.
• Closely monitor the global price dynamics of sugar, ethanol, and energy, integrating trading and research analyses into client proposals.
• Identify hedge opportunities and build customized solutions.
• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and governance policies.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in Sales or Trading of agricultural derivatives, with a focus on sugar.
• History of relationship management with clients in the sugarcane-energy sector.
• Desirable technical knowledge of hedge structures.
• Fluent English.
• Analytical profile, proactive, and with strong commercial skills.
• Previous experience in the commercialization of physical sugar (export, trading, mills).
• Consolidated network of contacts with mills and global tradings.
• Knowledge of the logistics chain and experience in executing physical commercial contracts.
