B2B Distribution Specialist - Renda Fixa

We are looking for a professional with a highly commercial profile, oriented towards results and revenue generation, to work in the distribution of Renda Fixa products to the B2B network.

The position requires intensity, autonomy, strategic vision, and execution capability. The professional will be responsible for developing relationships with strategic partners, leading commercial processes, and transforming market opportunities into revenue.

In your day-to-day:

Act in the distribution of Renda Fixa products (Ofertas Primárias, Secundário de Crédito Privado, Bancários, and Títulos Públicos) to the B2B network.

Develop and expand the portfolio of strategic partners (MFOs, Consultorias, and Assessorias de Investimento);

Structure and execute commercial strategies together with the mesa, research, and related areas;

Identify market trends and opportunities, transforming intelligence into commercial action;

Be responsible for the commercial pipeline and delivery of revenue goals;

Ensure operational efficiency and quality in the reporting of results and the mesa's position;

Act with a high level of autonomy, ownership mindset, and direct responsibility for performance.

What we expect from you:

Relevant experience in B2B sales in the financial market, preferably in Renda Fixa;

Consistent track record of revenue generation;

Strong relationship and negotiation skills;

In-depth knowledge of crédito privado products and the mercado de capitais;

Completed degree (Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Contabilidade, or quantitative areas);

Advanced Excel and mastery of matemática financeira;

Fluent English;

Resilient, competitive, organized profile, and comfortable under pressure.
