About the area:

The area works with a focus on meeting the needs for the commercialization and operationalization of Long-Term Incentives.

We work developing platforms for clients and partners and we also develop operational solutions for business teams. We constantly act with new solutions and problem-solving related to the digital structuring of Long-Term Incentives.

In your day-to-day:

Your challenge will be to create and implement the best solutions to meet the business needs, always aiming for quality, member experience, and the sharing of best practices; furthermore, you will act by evolving existing solutions.

Contact with rules, business terms, and Long-Term Incentive concepts will be an integral part of your day-to-day.

What we expect from you:

Completed degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Information Systems; Advanced Java;

Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Security, Data (Batch and Transactional), Cloud)

Cloud Architecture (AWS);

Knowledge of Kubernetes;

Stream and messaging solutions (RabbitMQ, KAFKA, SQS, SNS);

Relational and non-relational databases;

CI/CD (Azure Devops/Git/Jenkins);

Technical English;

Agile methodology;

Mastery of code quality (SOLID / Clean Code);

Programming logic and problem-solving;

Analytical vision and ability to solve complex problems;

Availability to work in person in Faria Lima, SP or remotely.
