FullStack Developer Junior/Mid/Senior – IT CREDIT RISK (FTS)

We have 3 open positions to work on the Front Trade System (FTS) within the Credit Risk area, focusing on technological innovation and international expansion: FTS Credit – US Bank, FTS Credit – Peru Bank, and FTS Credit – PME & Special Situations.

The credit Front Trade System (FTS Credit) is the backbone that connects various bank channels, functioning as the gateway for BTG Pactual's credit and guarantee operations. Used by the front-office team and integrated with self-service channels (app, site, partner portals), the system originates credit operations, validates data, and processes information for the bank's internal systems.

Among the managed products are: loans, receivables anticipation, guarantees, debt and portfolio purchases, collateral, and other modalities.

The system structure is distributed across several countries, including Colombia, Chile, Luxembourg, and Mexico, with ongoing expansion to the United States and Peru. The main challenge is to maintain system stability and organization while conducting a technological modernization process, integrating with other group companies, such as PAN, and expanding operations to Latin America, Europe, and the United States.

The FTS area operates at the forefront of credit origination, balancing operational maintenance, technological innovation, and international growth.

Mandatory Requirements

Mastery of .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core

Advanced knowledge in Angular (preferably version 20)

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB and/or DocumentDB)

Code versioning with Git

Knowledge of TypeScript

Advanced English (mandatory for US Bank position)

Desirable Requirements

Experience with NestJS

Solid experience with Node.js and API development (prerequisite for US Bank position)

Knowledge of microservices architecture

Knowledge of microfrontend architecture

Familiarity with Docker and containerization

Experience with Cloud (preferably AWS)

Knowledge of CI/CD tools

RxJS and reactive programming

Unit and integration testing (Jest, xUnit)

Knowledge of design patterns

Differentials

Knowledge of messaging (RabbitMQ, SQS)

Familiarity with DevOps practices

Event-driven and Cloud Computing
