People Analytics Coordinator

About the area:

The Human Resources area acts as a strategic partner to the business areas, contributing directly to the attraction, retention, development, and allocation of high-performance talent.

We are looking for a People Analytics Coordinator to work in one of the strategic fronts of the area, contributing to the evolution of the data platform, analytical products, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in HR, or to the generation of insights and analytical consultancy for the business.

The position will play a fundamental role in building an area prepared for the future, combining technical excellence, innovation, and impact on people decisions.

In your day-to-day:

Transformation & Evolution

Act as a reference in one of the strategic fronts of People Analytics;

Contribute to the implementation of the area's roadmap, supporting transformation, data, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives;

Structure and evolve analytical products, processes, and People Analytics solutions;

Participate in the evolution of data architecture, governance, and integrations between HR systems;

Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.

Data, Products & Analytics

Develop and evolve analytical models, indicators, and data products;

Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information used in analyses;

Support the construction of scalable solutions for different HR processes;

Work in partnership with Technology, Systems, and other areas in the evolution of the data platform and analytical products.

Business Consultancy

Work in partnership with HR Business Partners and leadership of the Banco in the construction of analyses and recommendations;

Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights;

Prepare studies and executive presentations to support decisions related to people management;

Contribute to the evolution of the data-driven culture and the adoption of analytical solutions in HR.

What we expect from you

Solid experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related areas;

Strong analytical capacity and business vision;

Experience in data projects, automation, Artificial Intelligence, or analytical transformation;

Knowledge in data modeling, indicators, and information visualization;

Ease in working with different stakeholders and in high-complexity environments;

Collaborative, structured profile oriented toward problem-solving;

Advanced or fluent English.

Differentials

Experience in financial institutions or high-performance companies;

Knowledge in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools;

Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or other HR platforms;

Experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, or Artificial Intelligence applied to the business;

Spanish.
