Offshore Execution Coordinator | Commodities

About the area:

The Commodities Execution area is responsible for ensuring that all operations traded by the desk occur efficiently, safely, and within contractual terms. It acts in an integrated manner with trading, logistics, and finance, monitoring the entire operational chain — from the formalization of contracts to the final settlement of operations. It is a dynamic area, with a high level of interaction between teams, a focus on problem-solving, and strong exposure to the business, being fundamental to ensuring the quality and results of operations.

In your day-to-day:

Act as the focal point of the operation, coordinating the team and internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual terms and the resolution of operational exceptions;

Work alongside the trade desk in supporting new operations and strategies;

Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues;

Act directly in the mitigation of costs and penalties inherent to operations, in order to monitor the financial impacts of operations (P&L);

Participate in automation and process improvement projects;

Work together with the legal department in cases of litigation and/or contract arbitration;

Ensure control and organization of positions and ongoing operations.

What we expect from you:

Previous experience in the execution of international agricultural commodities contracts with container shipments;

Previous experience with team management;

Advanced or fluent English;

Solid knowledge of international contracts (ICA, SAL, NY11, etc.);

Good data analytical capacity and mastery of Excel;

Hands-on profile and oriented toward problem-solving;

Strong communication and relationship skills;

Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously;

Organization and prioritization in a high-pressure environment;

Ownership profile and proximity to the business.
