Training and Development (T&D) Manager

The position aims to join the Training and Development team, coordinating the team that serves the Technology, Operations, and Finance areas.

In your day-to-day:

Perform the curation of contents, methodologies, platforms, and innovative learning solutions.

Conduct the assessment of business area needs and develop customized learning solutions – from conception to execution;

Act as a strategic partner to HR and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into impactful initiatives;

Support projects such as Engagement Survey, Employee Journey, and Performance;

Provide inputs for KPIs, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making.

What we expect from you:

Consolidated experience in Training & Development or Corporate Education;

Completed Higher Education;

Autonomous, proactive profile with high execution capacity;

Resilience and organization to handle multiple demands in a dynamic environment;

Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;

Advanced/fluent English;

100% on-site in São Paulo.
