Talent Pool - Asset Servicing Analyst (RJ and SP)

About the area:

We are building our Talent Pool for future opportunities in the Asset Servicing area of BTG Pactual. We are looking for professionals with experience or interest in operations related to investment funds, institutional investors, offshore products, bookkeeping, fund accounting, asset consolidation, regulatory reporting, and operational controls. Professionals may be considered for different fronts within Fund Services, depending on their experience and specialization.

In your day-to-day:

• Reconciliation and control of positions, movements, and settlements of investment funds;
• Preparation and validation of operational, accounting, regulatory, and asset reports;

• Service to managers, administrators, auditors, custodian, and other counterparties;
• Support for local and offshore fund processes;

• Participation in bookkeeping routines and shareholder control;
• Support for foreign investor processes and regulatory reports;

• Calculation and control of shares, yields, and fund positions;
• Development and improvement of operational controls and automations;

• Participation in projects for efficiency, digitalization, and scalability of processes.

What we expect from you:

• Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
• Intermediate to advanced English;

• Advanced Excel;
• Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail;

• Interest in the financial market and the fund industry.
• Availability to work 100% in-person in SP or RJ.
