About the role

Join an engineering team building and evolving AWS-native solutions focused on scalability, resilience, and code quality. The scope is global — projects spanning North America, South America, and Europe — with a fast-paced agile environment and real technical ownership.

What you'll do

Build scalable and maintainable back-end applications aligned with business goals

Design and evolve cloud-native solutions on AWS

Ensure code quality through engineering best practices, automated testing, and technical documentation

Collaborate on architecture decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and performance monitoring

What we're looking for

Availability to work in person 2 days per week in our office

Strong back-end development experience with .NET / C# and Python

Hands-on experience in AWS environments (architecture, managed services, deployment)

Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

Advanced English or Spanish — projects are international

Nice to have

Background in banking or fintech

Proficiency in SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns

Experience with RESTful API and resilient microservices architecture

Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
