Mid-level IAM Analyst

About the area:

The Identity and Access Management area is responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, and managing the entire lifecycle of logical access and user rights to organizational resources. Its main objective is to ensure that users have access to corporate systems and data in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

In your day-to-day:

Act in the identity lifecycle management process: provisioning, deprovisioning, and maintenance of user accounts;

Map, define, and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies or other criteria;

Map, define, and implement Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules;

Automate access workflows and system integration with the IAM platform;

Develop standards and procedures for access administration in the systems used by the company;

Review access privileges and profiles in the systems used by the organization;

Collaborate with the fulfillment of audit demands (internal and external) and implement action plans for the correction/mitigation of identified points;

Create and implement mitigating or compensatory controls;

Investigate suspicious access activities using SIEM tools or other platforms;

Act in the analysis and approval workflow of access requests.

What we expect from you:

Completed higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;

Experience using cloud platforms such as: Azure, AWS, and GCP;

Experience in user, permission, and group administration in Microsoft environments (Active Directory and Exchange);

Experience in identity, access, and privilege management (Applications, OS, Database, Servers);

Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and RBAC (Role Based Access Control);

Fluent English;

Entrepreneurial profile with a high level of energy and aptitude to face new challenges;

Logical reasoning, analytical capacity, and proactivity;

Good communication skills, ease of concentration, relationship building, and teamwork;

Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro;

Analytical profile for the identification and correction of non-conformities;

Knowledge of management, control, and/or logical access governance frameworks;

Having security certifications is a plus;

Knowledge of the Sailpoint IdentityNow tool is a plus.
