Junior Legal Analyst | Offshore Credit
In your day-to-day:
You will draft and review offshore credit operation drafts, as well as their respective guarantees and ancillary documents;
You will act together with the business teams in the structuring of cross-border credit operations, derivatives, and foreign exchange;
You will assist in the development of new banking products;
You will analyze and study banking regulation and the financial market, focusing on monitoring regulatory changes and identifying impacts on the bank's operations.
What we expect from you:
Law degree obtained between 2024 and 2026;
Relevant experience in credit operations within the scope of the financial and capital markets, including internships;
Advanced English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus;
Ability in oral and written communication, focusing on clarity and precision;
Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, with efficiency and focus;
Commitment to the challenges of the area and interest in the continuous development of your legal career;
Availability to work 100% on-site;
