PMO Project Analyst | Governance
About the area:
Work in the Governance area, supporting the management and monitoring of BTG's strategic project portfolio, focusing on ensuring organization, executive visibility, alignment between business and technology areas, process standardization, and support for decision-making throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the discovery phase to delivery.
In your day-to-day:
Support the management and governance of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring monitoring of deadlines, scope, risks, dependencies, and alignment between areas
Work on monitoring the project portfolio, consolidating status, indicators, points of attention, and supporting the prioritization of demands and initiatives
Prepare and maintain executive reports, dashboards, project documentation, meeting minutes, and monitoring materials for executive forums and committees
Document and track decisions, pending items, and action plans, ensuring organization and traceability of project information
Facilitate communication and alignment between business, technology, compliance, legal, and other involved stakeholders
Organize and support governance and monitoring rituals, such as kickoffs, status reports, forums, and executive committees
Act throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the initial discovery phases to delivery, ensuring clarity of objectives, scope, deliverables, and next steps
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts, proposing mitigation actions and monitoring their evolution
Support continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and evolution of governance and PMO processes, practices, and tools
What we expect from you:
Completed higher education (Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields)
Previous experience in project monitoring or management, PMO, governance, or related areas
Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge and experience in discovery processes, such as Lean Inception, Design Sprint, or similar
Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Good analytical capacity, organization, and attention to detail
Clear, objective communication and good ability to articulate with different areas
Differentials:
Experience in the financial sector or in large-scale institutions
Experience in the management and monitoring of complex projects, with multiple work fronts, high volume of stakeholders, and strong cross-interaction between involved areas
Experience with digital projects, regulatory projects, or corporate strategic initiatives
Knowledge of management and monitoring tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Planner, or similar
Experience in preparing executive reports, materials for committees, and conducting decision forums
Certifications in project management, governance, or agile methods will be considered differentials
Expected profile:
Organized, proactive, and with a sense of responsibility
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
Collaborative profile, with ease of moving between technical and business areas
Advanced English for conducting meetings, alignments, and interactions with international teams and stakeholders, and preparation of project documentation
