Operations Analyst | WM/Digital

Main Responsibilities

Support post-trade operations and transaction lifecycle processing, ensuring the correct recording and settlement of operations.

Process and monitor asset transfers, internal transfers, and external account transfers (e.g., ACATs), ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Monitor operational processes related to client account activities, providing support to retail accounts and assisting internal teams in resolving doubts and operational issues.

Manage and coordinate the flow of operational tickets between the United States and Brazil service teams, ensuring efficient handling and resolution of demands related to corporate events, dividends, settlement, asset transfers, and other requests.

Monitor and validate invoice payments, fee calculations, rebates, and revenue allocations, ensuring accuracy and adequate controls.

Coordinate with the custodian/clearing firm the resolution of operational issues, settlement failures, and other post-trade exceptions.

Track, develop, and maintain reconciliations, operational controls, documentation, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency, participating in projects related to new products, systems, and operational enhancements.

Required Experience and Skills

Completed degree in economics, administration, engineering, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in Operations in an investment bank or financial institution is a plus.

Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.

Experience in project management and the ability to collaborate across areas (Operations, Trading, IT, Legal, and Compliance).

Strong initiative, analytical capacity, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, flexible profile capable of prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.

SIE and Series 99, or the ability to obtain the certifications within a short period of time.
