Operations Analyst | Onboarding US
About the area:
The Onboarding area is the first operational area with which the client has contact. It is responsible for the analysis of corporate documentation and respective registrations in the systems of clients and counterparties with which BTG Pactual begins a relationship. The Onboarding US team is responsible for the analysis and identification of new clients with our Broker Dealer in US.
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to work in operational support for our brokerage clients. This person will work in close collaboration with clients, partners, and relationship managers, assisting in the opening and maintenance of accounts, resolving issues related to account access and information, and ensuring client satisfaction with the service provided.
In your day-to-day:
Assist clients in the process of opening and maintaining accounts, including documentary requirements
Analyze corporate documents of offshore entities
Analyze and approve relationships according to current regulations and internal procedures
Respond to client questions and requests related to account access and information
Investigate and resolve problems related to account access and information
Continuously seek improvements in the client experience
Provide analyses and reports to management on service metrics and trends.
What we expect from you:
Verbal and written communication
Experience in customer service
Technical knowledge in software or hardware support will be considered a differentiator
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Higher education in Finance, Economics, Administration, or related areas (preferred)
FINRA certifications or licenses will be considered a differentiator
Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory
