Jr Operations Analyst | Middle International
About the area:
Middle International is part of the bank's front office responsible for supporting operations in the Cayman Islands, with the team being responsible for supporting the products offered through this channel, such as: fixed income, variable income, funds, foreign exchange, and derivatives.

In your day-to-day:
Interface with BTG pactual's investment channels, ensuring the necessary support for the operations carried out;
Generation of metrics and KPIs regarding the main offenders;
Development and optimization of internal processes;
Active participation in projects to improve platforms;
Support in the account opening flow and client registration review;
Contact with backoffice, trading desks, legal, finance, tax, technology, compliance, etc. teams.
What we expect from you:
Completed degree, preferably in Administration, Economics, and/or Engineering;
Fluent English (frequent contact with international teams);
Interest in the financial market;
Advanced Excel;
Ability to concentrate and handle multiple demands;
Good interpersonal relationships;
Commitment, proactivity, and creativity.
Differentials:
Knowledge in programming, especially SQL and Python;
Previous experience in Middle Office or Back Office areas;
Interest in data analysis, automation, and process improvement.
