About the Area

The Pan Commissions area is responsible for the calculation of operations and revenues originating from Banco Pan customer accounts, focusing on the calculation, reporting, and payment of commissions due to commercial partners responsible for the origination of consignado credit and vehicle financing – Banking Correspondents (Corbans).

With a strategic role in the Pan → BTG Pactual integration process, we are a team that acts directly in supporting Business decision-making, maintaining a strong interface with Technology (IT Pan and IT Mars), Operations, Compliance, Backoffice, and business desks, ensuring security and regulatory compliance in the commissioning pipeline.

In Your Day-to-day

Ensure the integrity of calculated values, as well as the validation and reporting of commissions and revenues generated in consignado credit and vehicle financing operations;

Act in direct relationship with commercial partners (Banking Correspondents - Corbans), clarifying doubts related to the remuneration and commissioning process;

Participate in the development of new projects and the evolution of tools (such as NPV, Pancred, and Mars) aimed at scalability, control, and operational efficiency of Pan commissioning;

Work in collaboration with various areas of BTG and Banco Pan (IT, Backoffice, Business, Compliance, Finance, among others) in case resolution, continuous improvement, and process innovation.

What We Expect From You

Completed higher education in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields;

Analytical profile, with sharp critical thinking and attention to detail;

Advanced Excel (mandatory);

Advanced English (essential for acting with international stakeholders);

Knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL and Python (desirable);

Knowledge of or interest in consignado credit and vehicle financing products (desirable);

Proactivity, ownership mindset, energy for execution, and good interpersonal communication.
