Operations Analyst | OTC Derivatives

About the area:

Area responsible for all aspects of pricing, asset registration, and payment of corporate events for the Fixed Income positions of Banco BTG Pactual - Cayman Branch. Part of the responsibility includes custody and cash reconciliation, ensuring the settlement of operations, and support to the trading desks and other areas of the bank.

In your day-to-day:

Registration of Fixed Income assets

Curve pricing for client and BTG Pactual Group positions;

Matching of registration, prices, and payment of events for clients and the BTG Pactual Group;

Preparation and sending of monitoring reports for the activities involved in the scope;

Support and direct service to Front Office desks: Proprietária, Produtos, ALM, Digital, Distribution, Funds Services, Asset and Wealth Management;

Development of solutions for continuous improvement in the area's processes and controls; using programming languages and VBA.

Monitoring of projects related to the proposed improvements.

What we expect from you:

Completed degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics;

Ability to concentrate and handle multiple simultaneous demands;

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and good interpersonal relationships;

Proficiency in Excel; programming is a plus;

Analytical capacity and organization;

Logical reasoning;

Advanced English.
