Offshore Execution Analyst | Commodities

About the area:

In our area, the Execution function is not just operational — it is strategic. The analyst participates in relevant business discussions, contributes to process improvements, integrates projects, and plays an active role in the evolution of the area.

In your day-to-day:

Daily execution of commodity export contracts shipped in bulk carriers or containers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual obligations with counterparties.

Analysis of possible strings/circles for settlement of amounts to be paid and received.

Analysis of commercial contracts, validation of contractual documents, letters of credit, and documentary instructions.

Monitoring of loading reports with partners and verification of the quality of the shipped product.

Monitoring of costs, interest, and penalties of operations.

Continuous interface with the Logistics, Trading Desk, Finance, and Trade Finance teams, ensuring efficient information flow and good order of operations.

Analysis, preparation, and reporting of department KPIs, as well as the validation of indicators with other areas.

Active participation in internal projects for process improvement and implementation of control tools in collaboration with technology areas.

What we expect from you:

Completed higher education (preferably in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, Engineering, or related fields).

Previous experience in commodities trading (bulk or container);

Advanced/fluent English;

Advanced Excel (desirable);

Experience with payments via Letter of Credit will be considered a differentiator;

Knowledge of BI tools and preparation of institutional presentations will be a differentiator; Genuine interest in the Foreign Trade and Trading sector;

Proactivity, organization, and analytical capacity;
