Compliance Analyst | Regulatory

In your day-to-day

Analysis and review of norms and regulations established by BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA, SUSEP, to verify the compliance of internal procedures;

Conduct tests, assessments, and reports related to regulatory compliance;

Prepare responses and coordinate assistance to Regulators and Self-regulators;

Follow up on audits, inspections, and oversight, as well as monitor the respective action plans;

Manage regulatory obligations, reports, and deadlines;

Develop indicators, controls, dashboards, and automations for regulatory management.

What we expect from you

Degree in Law, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;

Advanced English;

Advanced Spanish;

Advanced Excel/Power Point;

Previous experience in Compliance, products, or project governance areas, preferably in the financial market;

Hold the PQO Compliance certification;

Good analytical capacity;

Good vision of processes and improvements;

Interest in technology, automation, and process optimization.
