About the area:

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the assessment of partners, service providers, and other relevant agents in the context of investment funds and fiduciary services, focusing on the identification of corporate, regulatory, reputational, and AML/CFT risks, supporting decisions on approval, renewal, escalation, and maintenance of relationships.

In your day-to-day:

Conduct Due Diligence/KYP processes of partners and relevant providers for investment funds and fiduciary services, including managers, fiduciary administrators, distributors, specialized consultants, and other market agents;

Evaluate corporate, regulatory, registration, and governance information, focusing on control structure, ultimate beneficial owners, internal policies, evidence of controls, and adherence to Compliance and AML/CFT best practices;

Identify regulatory, reputational, operational, corporate, sanctions, corruption, conflict of interest, and negative media risks, including local, international, offshore structures, and higher complexity relationships;

Prepare opinions, recommendations, complementary inquiries, and materials for internal forums and Compliance Committees, subsidizing decisions on approval, renewal, rejection, escalation, or conditional approval;

Monitor periodic renewals, internal controls, documentary organization, and improvements to questionnaires, checklists, manuals, and methodologies applicable to Due Diligence/KYP processes.

What we expect from you:

Completed degree, preferably in Administration, Economics, or Engineering;

Intermediate English;

Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point;

Technical skill in programming;

Knowledge of investment funds, including applicable laws, resolutions, and regulations;

Proactivity, communicative, ability to handle multiple tasks, resilience to pressure, and adaptability;

Availability to work 100% in-person in São Paulo (SP) - Faria Lima;

PQO Compliance certification will be a differentiator.
