About the area The Compliance Analyst will act in the governance of partners in the retail segment of BTG Pactual, will be responsible for developing analyses and producing reports, assisting in consequence management, and will have strong interaction with stakeholders. Technical regulatory knowledge, good communication, argumentative capacity, and previous experience in the investment market or partner structures (AIs, banking correspondents) are expected.

Your tasks

In your day-to-day

• Execute monitoring, due diligences, and audits with a focus on compliance.
• Support data analysis and the construction of KPIs and dashboards.
• Contribute to the elaboration and revision of policies and procedures.
• Prepare materials for forums and presentations.
• Perform in loco visits.
• Follow up on internal and external audits.
• Apply CVM/ANBIMA regulations.
• Act in contact with internal areas, building communication maturity.

Requirements

What we expect from you

• Degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of AWS and database manipulation is a plus.
• Previous experience in Compliance, AML/PLD, governance, or controls (not necessarily specific to retail).
• Good analytical capacity and process vision.
• Communicative, collaborative, and team-oriented profile.
• PQO Compliance certification (or commitment to obtain it after hiring)
