Internal Audit Analyst

About the area:

Internal Audit is responsible for evaluating risk management, controls, and governance processes across the different processes and entities of Grupo BTG Pactual, acting objectively and independently, dynamically executing an audit plan based on risks previously approved by the Audit Committee and Senior Management. It is composed of a multidisciplinary team with global operations within Grupo BTG Pactual. In this way, Internal Audit fulfills a fundamental role, providing an independent assessment of Grupo BTG Pactual's ability to manage risks.

In your day-to-day:

Execution of internal audit tests and identification of risks;

Monitor and evaluate the implementation of action plans established for risk mitigation;

Assist in the preparation of audit reports;

Assist in meeting demands from external auditors and regulators;

Develop strong relationships within the company to improve internal processes and controls.

What we expect from you:

Experience in internal or external audit;

Experience in the financial market;

Degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or Engineering;

Skill in Excel;

Advanced English (Spanish is a plus);

Hard-working, commitment, ease of communication, willingness to learn, and skepticism.
