Asset Servicing Analyst | Real Estate Control

About the area: The Real Estate Control area is responsible for the operational management and control of the real estate assets of (FIIs), ensuring governance, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.

In your day-to-day:

Control and organize real estate documentation (property registrations, licenses, contracts, among others);

Monitor critical deadlines, such as license renewals and registration updates;

Management of lease contracts and monitoring of real estate revenues;

Act as an interface with service providers, building administrators and, eventually, tenants;

Analyze real estate appraisal reports;

Control the SPEs (Sociedades de Propósito Específico) and monitor their operational information;

Identify and implement process improvements (automation, macros, RPA, etc.);

Ensure the consistency, organization, and registration updates of the area's databases;

Manage the funds' payment flow, including systemic validation and transaction approval.

What we expect from you:

Strong execution capacity, with an operational profile and an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving;

Organization and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously;

Knowledge, even if initial, in management and regularization of real estate assets and in real estate funds, with critical analysis capacity;

Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and process efficiency;

Degree in Law, Administration, Architecture, or related fields;

Intermediate to advanced English.
